All Ablauf Digital products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Because of the nature of digital products, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges.

If something isn't right with your order, whether it's a file that won't download or open, a duplicate or mistaken charge, or anything else, email us at support@ablaufdigital.com and we'll work with you to make it right. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
